Started out of frustration of working in the industry and seeing clients ripped off by people with no real training, experience, or ethics. After having first hand experience with clients telling me this we decided to open with a “client first” mentality. Our family motto is after all “How can we help?”

1. How many years of experience do you have as a locksmith?

I have been working in the industry for over a decade. My career started by working for another locksmith company where I learned everything there is to know about locks and keys. I decided to start my own business to provide better services at a better price!

2. What locations do you provide locksmith services at?

We provide services in Salem, Dallas, Independence, Albany, Silverton, Stayton, Corvallis, Willamina, McMinnville and Woodburn. I also provide services out side of these areas as well. Please call 971-428-6104 for estimates.

Matt made sure the work is done before being paid for his service and he worked diligently and honestly. He made sure to show what was the cause of the problem with my car. His price is the best affordable and reasonable out of all the mobile locksmith I called and he was knowledgeable right at the bat when I told him the symptoms my car was having. Matt is Awesome! My experience: My Key would not turn in my ignition to start the car. I had called a Emergency Lock smith to help start my car. When I finally got a hold of someone they quoted me 300-500 dollars to fix the car. I was low on funds and told them thank you but I could not afford it. 30 minutes later I get a call back from the same contractor that said if I can come up with 220 they would fix it. The next day I got ahold of Matt. He gave me a price range of what it might cost and told me a max way more affordable than 220. The other company was adamite on the firm 220 price and that I HAD to replace my tumbler.  Matt had arrived to the scene like a super hero and tried every trouble shooting method possible. Not only was he able to get my car running and a new key to use but gave me and extra key as well as a rocking key chain! All in all I felt like I was being taken advantage of by the other company and Matt was an Honest individual.
